Basic information Source of the sample The comparative test samples were randomly purchased by the staff of Heilongjiang Consumer Association as ordinary consumers in medical supplies stores in Harbin and online shopping platforms including Tianmao, Jingdong, Suning and Vipshop. Among them, there were 27 samples of disposable medical protective suit and 18 samples of isolation gowns; 12 samples were purchased offline and 33 samples were purchased online. Test basis and test items This comparative test is based on GB 19082-2009 "Technical Requirements for Medical Disposable protective suit" to test the breaking strength, elongation at break, surface moisture resistance, moisture permeability, antistatic property, anti-synthetic blood penetration, impermeability, filtration effi ciency and other items of medical disposable protective suit and isolation clothing products. The test results show that: (1) that elongation at break of the common textile coat is between 38.5% and 192%, the elongation at break of the fabrics of the protective suit and the isolation clothing is between 36.5% and 210%, and the elongation at break among the three fabrics has no significant difference; (2) The breaking strength of ordinary textile outerwear is between 250 N and 448 N, while the maximum breaking strength of protective suit and isolation clothing is only 249 N, which can not meet the strength requirements of textile outerwear temporarily; Therefore, consumers should pay attention not to be too strong when wearing and taking off, and avoid contact with sharp objects, resulting in damage to protective suit. By comparison, the moisture permeability of five kinds of ordinary textile leisure coats are all above the 10000 G/ (m2 · d), and only one kind of isolation coat sample reaches this value in this comparative test, but the four protective properties of this sample, including filtration efficiency, anti-synthetic blood penetration, surface moisture resistance and water permeability resistance, can not meet the standard requirements of medical disposable protective suit. Information of 2 samples whose moisture permeability does not meet the standard requirements The test results show that: Because of the good sealing and protection of medical disposable protective suit, there is still a certain gap between its moisture permeability, air permeability and isolation clothes and textile coats. Antistatic test is to detect the harm of static electricity caused by friction of protective suit, so as to prevent electrostatic adsorption of harmful dust and bacteria to patients and surrounding personnel. The test results show that: The measured antistatic property (charge) of four disposable medical protective suit samples is 0.8 μC/piece, which does not meet the standard requirements (standard requirements ≤ 0.6 μC/piece), and there are safety risks. Information of 2 samples with good antistatic property Comprehensive comparison The results of this comparative test show that the main items of medical disposable protective suit that do not meet the standard are breaking strength, antistatic property and moisture permeability, but their protective performance meets the standard requirements; The main items that do not meet the standard are filtration efficiency, indicating that isolation clothing does not have good protective performance, consumers should buy medical protective suit for epidemic prevention needs, and carefully choose isolation clothing products. Through the analysis of the above test items, considering the comprehensive score of the four aspects of protective effect, durability, comfort and safety performance, there are 2 protective suit with excellent performance (total score ≥ 4.5) and 4 with excellent performance (total score ≥ 4.25).
